They are also incredibly valuable in offering space to give back to yourself.
Putting ourselves first is a challenge for many of us, there is no blueprint for that, no model we have to look to. We have to chart this course for ourselves.
You have a lot in common with more people than you may think, and hearing their stories and their tales of triumph will inspire and encourage you.

Group Empowerment Sessions

March group forming on Thursdays from 10am-11:30am
Group Time Frame: Each group session will be 1.5 hours long and will consist of 6 sessions, each Thursday starting March 19th-April 23rd.
Investment: Cost to participate in all 6 sessions is $300.
Group Format: Each session is structured with check-in time and gentle prompts, relevant content, and meditations or movements that enhance the embodiment of empowerment.
Between sessions: The healing and integration of life’s experiences, and creating meaning from them, is the art of recovery. I will send content each week for you to continue to reflect on your own experience and what steps you need to take to reclaim your life.
